How long do the extensions last?

A full lash growth cycle is roughly 30-35 days. At that point all of your natural lashes will have shed and regrown themselves. As a result, you can expect your lash extensions to be 50%-70% full at the 2 week point. This is why we recommend coming in for a fill session every 2-3 weeks to maintain fullness.

Is the application process painful?

Not at all! Most guests fall asleep during their appointment.

Do I have to take any special precautions when caring for them?

Yes, you want to keep the extensions dry for 24 hours. You also want to avoid any products that contain oil. The full aftercare extensions can be found here.

Can I still wear mascara?

You want to avoid mascara while the extensions are on unless its oil free and specifically formulated for lash extensions. However, most guests don't feel they need mascara once they have their extensions on!

I wear contact lenses! Will the lashes affect them?

We recommend that you take your contacts off during the session as eyes can be a little sensitive afterwards due to the fumes from the adhesive but they will not affect your contact lenses.

Can I remove them myself?

No, you can damage your own lashes if you try to remove them yourself. Always have your extensions removed by a trained professional. You can also let the the extensions grow out naturally.

What are the extensions made of?

Our lashes are a silk blend and are all manmade except for the Siberian Mink lashes, which are made of cruelty free mink fur.

Will they damage my natural lashes?

Not at all! Many guests find the lash extensions are more gentle on the lashes than regularly curling your lashes and using and removing mascara.

How long does the application process take?

A full set takes 90-120 minutes and a fill is 60-75 minutes.

How do I know if I need a fill or a full set?

If you have less than 40% of your lashes left we will have to schedule a full set. Anything more is considered a fill.

What is the difference between Classic and Volume Lashes?

Classic lashes are applied using a one to one technique. One extension is applied to natural eyelash. Volume lashing is a technique where multiple extensions are fanned out and applied to one natural lash. They are much finer than classic lashes and give a fluffy full look.

I don’t know what type of lashes I want or which appointment to book! What should I do?

We are happy to do phone consultations or answer any questions via email or over the phone. We always consult with you once you arrive for your appointment and you can always change the type of lash you get.
